There’s a free program named DBan which will completely wipe your hard disk. But you will need access to another computer to download it!

Step 1 Save backup copies of any existing data you still need to an external device such as a DVD-RW or USB drive.
Step 2 Insert the recovery disk that came with your computer into the disk drive. Restart the computer and wait for the recovery disk boot screen to appear.
Step 3 Press “Enter” and then click “F8″ to accept the Microsoft license agreement. Press the “Escape” key if a window appears asking if you want to repair your operating system.
Step 4 Press the down arrow key to highlight any of the partitions listed in the text menu. Press the “D” key to delete the partition. Repeat the process with any remaining partitions listed in the menu.
Step 5 Press “Enter” and then highlight the “NTFS” option. Press “Enter” again. Choose the language you want to use for the installation instructions from the drop-down menu and then click “Next.”
Step 6 Continue clicking “Next” at each screen to erase the contents of the computer’s hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
