Wondershare Data Recovery file to recover formatted deleted or lost files what are my other options?

1. have you put any new data before recovery? if you put new data on the target disk, the original data will be covered, and then you can recover nothing.
2. have you downloaded the full version? If you just download trial version, you can not save the files. until you use the full version you can recover the files you need.
3. please contact Support center of this company to understand the reason.
